Cooking class at the Harwood Sugar Mill’s 150th birthday!

We have another exciting announcement! Nicholson Fine Foods will be sharing an amazing cooking demonstration at the Harwood 150 Years Celebration.
In 1974, Peter started his apprenticeship at the glamorous Wrest Point International Hotel Casino in Hobart, Tasmania, graduating in 1977 as Tasmania's Cooking Apprentice of the Year. After an extensive eight-year travel period across Australia and Europe, he returned to Australia to work as a chef in Melbourne, founding Nicholson Fine Foods in Yamba in 2002, where he developed innovative products like his Finishing Vinegar and garnered numerous awards, while also committing to local community involvement and sustainability!
