Dear Fresh Friday friends,

I did have a menu written for this week including and ingredients list, ordering of ingredients, packaging and methods, then received notice that Yamba road was to be closed from Sunday evening. Ahhhh!

So here we go with version #2

Menu version #1 will arrive next week, I shall keep the details top secret until then.
