Dear Fresh Friday friends,

This week’s menu features a main course with inspiration from Rome. I made this about a year ago and received lots of great comments and requests to repeat it. The version I am making comes as either vegetarian with crisp fried capers, or served with double smoked pork loin, its your choice.

This time of year is fantastic for apples and pears, so that’s the focus of our dessert.

I hope to see you this Friday. Don’t forget our Belgian drinking chocolate is available all week, either iced or hot.
