Dear Fresh Friday friends, well that was a nice break! I do hope everyone enjoyed their, Christmas, New Year and Australia Day break.
This week’s menu features a lovely Greek soup, rich with garlic, lemon olive oil and served with a warm herb bread bun. Dessert is a summer berry trifle layered with sponge fingers, summer berries and our Belgian white chocolate mousse. Both of these dishes can be frozen quite well if you need to put something away. Frozen shelf life is around 2 months.
I do hope to catch up soon, don’t forget we have authentic Vietnamese iced coffee and our cannoli available most days.
