Dear Fresh Friday friends,
This week I am making a lovely warming main course, full of goodness from spinach, fine Italian parmesan and our local milk. It’s a baked Roman style spinach and parmesan pudding, with tomato Napoli sauce, crisp fried capers, and a crisp rocket salad, dressed with our Champion Beetroot Finishing Vinegar. Dessert is a sumptuous raspberry and Belgian chocolate trifle.
