Dear Fresh Friday friends,

This week’s main course is perfect for a cold evening. It’s a slow simmered chicken casserole with green peppercorn sauce with crusty braised leek and potato mash. It also comes with some baked bread flavoured with porcini butter.

Dessert is all about Belgian chocolate and crunch with our triple Belgian chocolate cannoli.
