Fully ripe raspberries are blended with our local sugar, cooked, and finished with a splash of orange liquor. This jam pays homage to my family’s long tradition of jam making in Tasmania.

This range is named after my mum Emmaline or Emma as she was called by her friends. The range is based around simple heritage home cooking recipes from my family’s Tasmanian tradition of jam making and preserving. All the products are made in small batches and packed in 300ml glass jars with simple labelling.
