Dear Fresh Friday friends,

Thank you to everyone who sent me messages regarding last week’s Pacific seafood chowder and Triple Belgian chocolate truffle cake. Its always good to receive comments and I do appreciate the time and thought it takes.

I also received a request to make an Asian hot salad again, so this week’s main course is an Asian baked pork belly noodle salad with orange, ginger and soy. It’s filled with herbs, soft noodles, salad vegetables and of course the baked pork straight from the oven as a pour over to the salad. To follow the dessert is a passionfruit meringue pie.
