Dear Fresh Friday friends,

We are back!

As promised I am making our much loved Pacific Seafood Chowder, filled with seafood and finished with sour cream white wine and dill. The soup is accompanied by a damper bread roll split and flavoured with zesty parmesan garlic butter.

Dessert is our triple Belgian chocolate truffle cake with raspberry sauce.
