Dear Fresh Friday friends,

This week’s menu is a super flavoursome curry, it has a complex array of spices, is simmered with tomatoes, coconut cream and finished with curry leaves and mustard seeds. For those who like it hot there will be a little cup of our Habanero hot drops to warm the curry up. Dessert is a traditional chocolate and raspberry trifle.
