Davidson Plum Saucy Jam
Fresh ripe Davidson plums sourced from behind Nimbin in the Northern NSW rainforest are a local native plum variety known for their dark purple colour and sour flavour profile.
We simmer and bottle the jam to be used as a jam/sauce. Ideal to accompany cheese, a sour fruit sauce for meats, or a spread for hot toast, croissants, or fresh bread.
This range is named after my mum Emmaline or Emma as she was called by her friends. The range is based around simple heritage home cooking recipes from my family’s Tasmanian tradition of jam making and preserving. All the products are made in small batches and packed in 300ml glass jars with simple labelling.
