This is a time honoured flavour memory of how Tomato Relish used to taste. Made with fresh ripe tomatoes, brown onions, spices, dried fruit. Perfect to serve with roasted meats, cheese, sandwiches and just plain bread and butter.

This range is named after my mum Emmaline or Emma as she was called by her friends. The range is based around simple heritage home cooking recipes from my family’s Tasmanian tradition of jam making and preserving. All the products are made in small batches and packed in 300ml glass jars with simple labelling.
